At Meishai our goal is to offer you the most hassle-free shipping for our customers. Like our products, quality and time is our highest priority.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    •    Processing time:

Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched as fast as possible after the order is placed. We strive to ship the same day as the order has been made. Weekends excluded.

    •    Shipping time:

Domestic: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facilities to the destination. Delivery usually takes within 1-2 business days in Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands) Outside of Denmark Delivery times may vary. We use Postnord as our postal service for domestic orders and all orders are tracked. Fill out the tracking details on this website to track your order.

EU: We use DHL Express and Postnord for EU orders. Shipping times for EU(Union, not geograpfically) orders is 2-3 business days. Shipping times differs from couriers. 

Outside the EU: We use DHL Express for orders outside of the EU. Rest of world may vary due to customs handling times in each country. We try to streamline the customs process as much as we can on our end with paperless trade.

MyPack Home (doorstep delivery)

EU:

Postnord: Pricing varies from country to country at this point. We are working on a flatrate. Please have patience with us.

DHL: DHL Express pricing is specific to country to country and DHL strives for doorstep delivery within 24h and no later than 48 hours during weekdays.

Outside of EU:

DHL: DHL Express pricing is specific to country to country. See calculated pricing at checkout.
