Today, at Salon20 in Vilnius, she works with clients from Lithuania and abroad, known for a signature approach to blonde transformations and colour correction that puts long-term hair health above all else. And it shows: her own hair is, quite simply, some of the healthiest and most striking we've seen in years - living proof that her belief that "beautiful colour should never come at the expense of healthy hair" isn't just a line, it's a way of working.

We sat down with this inspiring woman - to talk about beauty, patience, and what it means to help someone feel like themselves again. 

1. What does beauty mean to you?

For me, beauty is not about perfection. It is about authenticity, confidence, and feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Throughout my career, I have learned that the most beautiful transformations are often not visible only in the mirror. They happen when a person rediscovers their confidence and feels more like themselves. True beauty comes from within and is reflected in the way we carry ourselves every day.

2. What drew you to become a hairdresser - was there a moment, or a feeling, that led you here?

Hairdressing has never been just a profession for me. It became a way to combine creativity with meaningful human connection.

From the very beginning, I was fascinated by how hair can influence the way people feel about themselves. Over time, I realised that my work is not simply about colour or technique - it is about trust, confidence, and helping women feel their best.

More than twenty years later, that feeling still inspires me every day.

3. How would you describe your way of working with hair today?

My approach is personalised, thoughtful, and focused on long-term hair health.

I specialise in blonde transformations and colour corrections, where patience, precision, and experience are essential. I believe beautiful colour should never come at the expense of healthy hair.

Every client is unique, which is why I focus on creating results that complement the individual while maintaining the integrity and quality of the hair. My goal is always to achieve beauty that feels effortless, natural, and sustainable.

4. Who or what inspires you — within or beyond the hair industry?

I am inspired by people who are passionate about their craft and continuously strive to grow.

Within the hair industry, I admire professionals who combine creativity, knowledge, and integrity. Beyond my profession, I find inspiration in travel, architecture, fashion, art, and everyday moments of beauty that often go unnoticed.

Different cultures and experiences have shaped both my personal perspective and my creative vision.

5. How do you see the future of the hair industry evolving?

I believe the future of the hair industry will be increasingly focused on education, hair health, and personalised care.

Clients today are more informed than ever and are looking for long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. I also see science and innovation playing a greater role in helping professionals achieve beautiful results while protecting the health of the hair.

The future belongs to professionals who combine artistry with expertise and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients.

6. What caught you about Meishai? Do you have a favourite product in the Meishai range?

7. If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Trust yourself more.

There will be challenges, moments of doubt, and unexpected turns along the way, but every experience will teach you something valuable.

I would tell my younger self to be patient, embrace every lesson, and understand that success is built over time through consistency, passion, and resilience.

Most importantly, I would remind her that staying true to herself will always be her greatest strength.
