What does beauty mean to you?

To me, beauty is an inner glow – a harmony between body, mind, and soul that breaks through the individual and shines out into the surrounding world. It’s about authenticity and the energy we radiate when we embrace our true selves. That said, I must also be completely honest and say that my outward appearance plays a role in how I carry myself. I have struggled a lot with “impurities,” which at times made me want to hide completely. I have felt ashamed and covered my skin extensively, which only made things worse. In many ways, it has been a beautiful journey because it has taught me to embrace myself, despite the imperfections that I, as a human being, also possess. I am done hiding.

You work both as a model and a yoga instructor, while also studying. How do you find balance between work, beauty, and your own well-being?

It’s all about balance and creating space for myself in the midst of a busy day. I prioritize the things that bring life and light to balance the things that might drain more energy than they give. I use yoga, meditation, dance, and singing to center myself and find my inner calm. By planning my week with fixed rituals for self-care, study, and work, I can maintain a natural balance where my well-being is always in focus.

It is no secret that your hair always looks beautiful! – And we know that you prioritize caring for it. Can you take us through your hair care routine?

Just like with everything else in beauty, I believe that “less is more.” I wash my hair twice a week to preserve the natural oils that protect and nourish it. This prevents irritation, dryness, and a scalp that becomes oily too quickly. I use gentle products that are kind both to me and to nature. My routine starts with a mild, nourishing shampoo that I use twice, followed by a conditioner. Finally, I apply a light oil to seal in moisture and give my hair a beautiful shine. Once a week, I treat my hair to a deep-
conditioning mask for extra moisture and strength. I massage my scalp daily and love to use essential oils to boost blood circulation and create a healthy environment for new hair growth.

Are there any people or rituals that inspire you in your approach to beauty and well-being? How have they influenced you?

I draw a lot of inspiration from my yoga and spiritual teachers, who remind me to live with gratitude for everything that is and everything that isn’t. In addition, there are many beautiful and strong women in my life whose authenticity and self-love have taught me to embrace my own unique beauty and strength. I allow myself to be inspired every day, and it’s often the little things that touch something deep inside me that inspire me the most.

Which Meishai product is your favorite – and why?

I actually find it difficult to choose just one product, as I believe they complement each other. However, I must say that Meishai’s Treatment does wonders for my hair by nourishing it and leaving it with a natural shine.

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice about self-esteem and beauty, what would it be?

You are on a beautiful journey that will have its ups and downs. There will be good days when you feel beautiful and invincible, and there will be days when you feel vulnerable and doubt your worth. The most important aspect of beauty is your heart and how you let it shine through.
